By using the DrugMax website and inquiry tools, you agree to provide accurate business information for procurement and documentation purposes. All bulk inquiries are subject to stock availability and logistical verification.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including product catalogs, extraction methodology descriptions, and technical specifications, is the intellectual property of DrugMax Private Limited.

3. Limitation of Liability

DrugMax is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms. All product specifications are guaranteed via the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided at the time of shipment.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
